Basic stay, some disappointments

The room felt a bit underwhelming overall. I found the walls REALLY thin. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, that impacted my sleep. The bathroom was also quite small. There was minimal counter space for toiletries, THAT was inconvenient.

The studio offered a well-equipped kitchen. I used the refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is near many restaurants. The staff was helpful with directions. A supermarket is close by for groceries.
I did notice a small stain on the carpet upon arrival.

The location allowed easy access to public transportation. I walked to Kensington Palace easily. The subway station is a short walk. The neighborhood felt safe both day and night.

The reception staff greeted me warmly at check-in. They provided assistance with luggage storage. I requested extra towels and received them promptly. Staff was always very friendly.

the location was fab , close to everything i needed.
the air conditioning was too noisy , it kept me awake some nights. also , the third bed was uncomfortable and creaky. i think management should look into soundproofing the rooms and replacing the extra beds.
